Description
During the four-day trip to Salar de Uyuni, you will have the opportunity to explore some of Bolivia's most impressive landscapes. On the first day, after departing from Uyuni, you will pass by several attractions, including the Blanca and Verde Lagunas, the Dalí desert, the Polques thermal pools, the Sol de Mañana geyser and the Laguna Colorada. You will stay in Villamar and enjoy a simple breakfast at Laguna Blanca, with all meals included in the package. On the second day, the adventure continues with stops to see cave paintings, the Copa del Mundo, the Camello de Piedra, the Vinto and Catal Lagoons, the Valle de Rocas and the Boca de Anaconda viewpoint. The night will be spent in San Juan, in a Hostal de Sal, where dinner will be served and you will be able to recharge electrical equipment for a few hours. The third day begins with a visit to Incahuasi island, in the middle of the Salar de Uyuni, to enjoy the sunrise. Afterwards, you will explore the salt flat in daylight, with stops at the Hotel de Sal Playa Blanca, Praça das Bandeiras and the 'Monument to the Dakar Rally'. The journey ends in Colchani and the city of Uyuni. If you visit during the summer, you can walk on a thin sheet of water in the salt flat. On the fourth and final day, you will leave Uyuni towards the Bolivia-Chile border, heading to San Pedro de Atacama. The return trip will be along a different highway, with a quick stop in Villa Alota. The journey ends at Bolivian customs, where you will be taken back to San Pedro de Atacama. Throughout the trip, you will have the opportunity to admire unique landscapes, such as colorful lagoons, geysers, impressive rock formations and the vast Salar de Uyuni. It's a truly unforgettable experience no matter what time of year you visit. IMPORTANT This tour is not recommended for people with high blood pressure, heart failure, pregnant women or people where high altitudes pose a health risk. Always consult your doctor. The entire tour will be carried out at height (4500 MASL): Any discomfort must be reported to the driver to resolve or evacuate the passenger in case of an emergency. The amount paid for the tour does not include entrance fees that must be paid in Bolivian parks. Due to climatic variations in the mountain range area, the itinerary is subject to changes in some parts of the route due to safety measures without prior notice. Some changes, such as those for climatic reasons that alter the entry border into Bolivia, may imply a longer route. Therefore, the return may be subject to change due to weather conditions or border procedures.
