Description
Day 1: Puno - Uros Islands Between 8.45 and 9 am, we will pick you up from your hotel in Puno and head to the port where a traditional boat will be waiting for us to take us on a brilliant one-hour excursion on Lake Titicaca. You will fall in love with these wonderful landscapes! After this fantastic journey, we will arrive at the artificial islands of the Uros which are made of the same material as the boats: totora reeds. We will tell you all about them as we approach the accommodation where we will spend the night. Afterward, we'll enjoy a delicious lunch and rest a little before we take a tour of almost two hours through this curious archipelago. We'll immerse ourselves in the culture of the Uros while watching them weave, fish, and go about their daily lives. In the evening, we'll enjoy a magical sunset and, after dinner, we'll light a bonfire and watch the stars. This is an experience you'll never forget! Important: the bonfire will only be held in favourable weather conditions. Day 2: Uros Islands - Puno The second day, after breakfast, you will have free time to admire the landscape, explore the island, or buy some local handicrafts. Afterward, we will board a boat that will take us back to Puno. We will finish the excursion at 12 pm dropping you at your hotel.Includes
