The Salar de Uyuni in Bolivia offers a magical experience in the middle of the Andes, being the largest salt flat in the world with almost 11,000 km² of sparkling salt. This place has scarce fauna and a limited ecosystem. During the rainy season, a spectacular mirror effect is created and at night, the starry sky makes it even more impressive. In addition, the Salar de Uyuni houses up to 70% of the world's lithium reserves and is the largest salt flat on the planet. Day 1 Salar de Uyuni sunset and night of stars The first day begins with pickup at the Uyuni hotel at 4:00 p.m., to head to the Uyuni Salt Flats. There we will wait for the sunset while taking photographs. After arriving at the ideal location, we will enjoy the magnitude of the Milky Way and capture images with an impressive starry sky.
