Description

Explore the vast Salar de Uyuni, the largest in the world. Enjoy an exciting 4x4 Safari in the Andean Altiplano, seeing flamingos and vicuñas. Hike near 6000-meter volcanoes such as Licancabur, Ollague and Tunupa, reaching between 3600 and 5000 meters above sea level. Our expeditions feature expert guides fluent in Spanish and Basic English, providing a rich cultural experience. Travel in safe and comfortable cars. As a local family-run business, we offer authenticity. Stay in unique lodges and capture a stunning sunset, creating unforgettable memories. Relax in natural hot springs such as Laguna Polques and Laguna Blanca. Explore the Sol de la Mañana Geyser field and the surreal deserts of Siloli and Salvador Dali. Immerse yourself in the diverse fauna and flora of Potosí. On the second day we will continue through the Stone City, observing how the natural rocks sculpted in the desert. Then along the highlands we will visit Altiplanic Lagoons (Catal and Vinto Lagoon), inhabited by birds such as flamingos. We will be able to observe the Anaconda Canyon, where llamas and other Andean animals live. We will continue visiting Typical Villages of the highlands. On the third day of the tour we enter the Salar de Uyuni, a place full of beauty to see the sunrise, in a place that invites us to come into contact with the wildest of nature, to explore the vast white expanse of salt, where we will also visit the great Incahuasi Island and walk to the top of the island to see giant cacti and petrified coral rock formations. We will take some time so you can take some fun photos with the perspectives on the white surface of the salt flat. Then we will visit the Eyes of the Salar and a Salt Museum made entirely of salt. We will visit the small town of Colchani, to see traditional and salt crafts, we will also visit the Uyuni Train Cemetery to see the first Bolivian locomotives. We will take a break (approximately 2 hours) in Uyuni so you can get to know the small town and buy crafts. . Day 1: From San Pedro de Atacama to Bolivia Meals included: breakfast, lunch, dinner Accommodation included: Villamar, Hostal Mallku with shared room and toilet.
