The tour from Puno to Copacabana Isla del Sol will allow you to visit the Basilica of the Virgin Candelaria of Copacabana and the Isla del Sol on this day trip, located in Copacabana (Bolivia) at a distance of 142 km from the city of Puno. This place was the center of origin of the Inca Empire, visiting this place will allow you to discover archaeological centers dedicated to the cult of the Sun god or Inti. On the way to the south of Isla del Sol, we will go down the Umani stairs from the Inca era and, among other things, we will visit the Eternal Fountain of the Incas, where you will have the opportunity to taste the holy water. - Finally, we will board the boat back to Copacabana with an estimated arrival time of 5:00 p.m. Once back in Copacabana, we will have some free time before taking the bus back to Puno, arriving approx. 21:00.
