Description

DAY 1 Please meet at the “Todo Turismo” office at 8:30 PM for check-in, then the bus will depart at 9:00 PM. Inside the bus, enjoy the service of Dinner, Breakfast, Bottled water, 1 Hot drink, Heating, Toilet, Blanket, Wi-Fi and First aid kit. DAY 2 Arrival in Uyuni city at 7:30 AM. Free time to buy coffee, snacks, water and more. (we have FREE TIME because all tourist companies and tourist spots are available from 10:30 AM) Afterwards, please meet at our office at 10:00 AM. The tour starts at 10:30 AM. The first stop is the eerie “Train Cemetery” which is located on the outskirts of Uyuni. Then visit the small settlement of Colchani (salt miners workshops next to the salt flat), there you will also find crafts made from salt, and textile art made from llama and alpaca wool. These are great souvenirs to take home. Lunch will be served around noon along the way. Next, visit the Salar de Uyuni: *Eyes of salt water *A salt museum-hotel, *Flags of the world (where you can bring your own and put it there for free) and a Monument to the Dakar races. Next, have time to take a hike to the top of Incahuasi Island to see giant cacti and petrified coral rock formations. Then, take time to organize your group to take fun perspective photos, on the blinding white surface of the salt flats, playing with the scene, you are sure to get some fun and memorable photos! 1st Night Stay: Agencha Hostel: 3, 4, 5 and 6 bed shared rooms + Shared toilets. / without Wi-Fi DAY 3 Departure at 6:30 am for breakfast. First stop, Chiguana Desert, on the south side of the Uyuni salt flat, surrounded by volcanoes such as Ollagüe, which is still active and can be seen from the viewpoint. Afterwards, visit: Cañapa, Hedionda and Chiarcota lagoons where you can see flamingos. After lunch, enter the 'Eduardo Avaroa National Reserve', visit the Siloli Desert (the highest and driest in the world), and take a photo next to the 'Rock Tree' (a lava rock formation), Laguna Roja to see more pink flamingos in their natural habitat. 2nd Night Stay: Huayllajara Hostel, 6-bed shared rooms + Shared Toilets / no hot water for showers (to avoid pollution in the National Reserve) / no Wi-Fi DAY 4 Start early, around 5:00 am, to visit the Sol de Mañana Geyser and walk alongside fumaroles and steaming craters filled with boiling clay pots. Afterwards, you will have the chance to take a bath in an open-air hot spring at 35 Cº temperature. Next places: Dali Desert, Laguna Verde and Laguna Blanca Then, head back to Uyuni, enjoying picturesque landscapes along the way and having a picnic lunch by the roadside.Arrive in Uyuni City between 17:45 and 18:45. Afterwards, make your own way to the Bus Office at 20:30. Bus departure from Uyuni to La Paz at 21:00. DAY 5 Arrive in La Paz City between 6:15 and 6:35. Tour ending point: Main Bus Station in La Paz City. TOUR DURATION 4 Nights and 3 Days OPTIONAL: Upgrade 2 Nights Hostel by adding an extra Price in the Final Payment Panel.
