Start with pickup from your accommodation in Cusco’s historic center at 9:00 p.m. Rest overnight on a sleeper bus with 160-degree reclining seats. Arrive in Puno early in the morning, enjoy a tasty breakfast and have the chance to shower before heading to the port. Board a speedboat for the short transfer to Uros Island.
