Description

The Uros Islands represent a unique set of artificial islands erected by the Uro indigenous community. Constructed primarily of totora, an aquatic plant, these floating islands provide a captivating glimpse into the ingenious lifestyle of this ancestral lake culture. Itinerary DAY 1: PUNO - UROS - AMANTANI: -We will start our excursion by picking you up at your hotel between 6:30 and 7:00 am. We will go to the port to board a boat to the Uros Island, where we will enjoy pleasant moments and you will have time to buy souvenirs and souvenirs. -Then, we will continue our journey to the Amantani Islands, where a delicious lunch awaits us. We will spend the rest of the day and night on these islands, immersing ourselves in their activities and customs. DAY 2: AMANTANI - TAQUILE - PUNO: - We will start the day with an exquisite breakfast in Amantaní and then head to the island of Taquile. - We will take a walk of approximately 40 minutes to explore the community and its handicraft fair. - Finally, we will enjoy our lunch (optional) and return to the port of Puno, where our trip will conclude around 5:30 in the afternoon.
