06:00 AM - Pick up from hotel in Cusco The service starts with the pick up of the passengers at their hotel in Cusco. The specialized guide and driver will be ready to start the trip to Puno, ensuring that passengers have a comfortable and safe experience. 07:00 AM - Departure from Cusco to Puno The trip begins along the Ruta del Sol, a road that connects Cusco with Puno. This route crosses the impressive Andes Mountains and offers panoramic views of the mountainous landscape and valleys. 09:00 AM - First stop in Andahuaylillas The first stop will be in Andahuaylillas, known for its colonial church, the Church of San Pedro, famous for its frescoes and paintings, which have earned it the title of the “Sistine Chapel of America”. Passengers will have a brief 30-minute visit to see the church and enjoy the architecture and surroundings of the town. 10:00 AM - Stop in Raqchi (Temple of Wiracocha) The next point of interest is Raqchi, an important Inca archaeological site that houses the Temple of Wiracocha, a vast ceremonial complex. There will be a guided tour of approximately 45 minutes to explore the ruins, with explanations about the Inca architecture and its religious use. 12:00 PM - Lunch in Sicuani In the middle of the day, a stop will be made in Sicuani, where passengers will enjoy a typical lunch at a local restaurant. Traditional dishes of the region include quinoa soup, lomo saltado and cuy chactado. This break will last approximately 1 hour, providing time to enjoy the local gastronomy. 02:00 PM - Stop at Pukara The next stop will be at Pukara, a pre-Inca archaeological site known for its “Pukara bulls”, stone figures that symbolize fertility and prosperity. Here passengers will have 30 minutes to explore the site and learn about the history of this ancient culture. 04:00 PM - Arrival in Puno After the last stop at Pukara, the service will continue to Puno, located on the shores of Lake Titicaca, the highest navigable lake in the world. Arrival in Puno is scheduled for 4:00 PM, where passengers will be dropped off at their hotel or at the city's Plaza de Armas, according to preference.
