Day 1: Overnight Bus Trip from Cusco to Puno 09:30 PM: Transfer to the bus station. 10:00 PM: Departure on the overnight bus to Puno. Enjoy reclining (bed-type) seats and onboard service. It’s recommended to bring a light blanket. Day 2: One-Day Tour of Lake Titicaca 05:00 AM: Arrival in Puno and direct transfer to the port. 06:00 AM: Light breakfast (optional at a nearby café). 07:20 AM: Boarding for the Floating Islands of the Uros. 08:00 AM: Visit to the islands. Interact with the locals, who will explain the history and construction of the totora islands. 09:30 AM: Navigation to Taquile Island. 11:00 AM: Arrival in Taquile. Walk to the main square and explore the local culture and traditions. 01:00 PM: Lunch at a local restaurant with views of the lake. 02:30 PM: Return to the port of Puno. 05:00 PM: Arrival in Puno. Day 3: Amantani Island & Return to Puno 07:00 AM: Departure from Puno by boat to Amantani Island (approximately 3 hours). 10:00 AM: Arrival at Amantani Island.
