Description
DAY 1 The first day of the tour starts in San Pedro de Atacama, where we will pick you up to head towards the border between Chile and Bolivia in a minibus. After border formalities, you will change to a 4x4 vehicle for 6 people. You will visit the Blanca Lagoon and the Verde Lagoon, next to the Licancabur Volcano. You will also explore the Salvador Dali desert, the Polques hot springs for a relaxing bath, the Sol de Mañana geysers, and finish at the Colorada lagoon, home to thousands of flamingos. You will spend the night in a hostel in Villamar. DAY 2 We visit Valle de Rocas, the World Cup, Italia Perdida; place where the volcanic rock took the shape of what seems to be an abandoned city, then we will visit the Camel, Sora where you can see animals of the area. Mysterious Lagoon or Catal where you can walk and see the typical flora and fauna of the Bolivian Altiplano, Laguna Vinto, Mirador; Cañon de la Anaconda, at the end of the day we will transfer to the Salt Hotel in Colcha K, where we will spend the second night. *The included pick up service does not operate to or from accommodations located outside the urban radius of San Pedro de Atacama, accommodations located in ayllus near San Pedro de Atacama (Quitor, Yaye, Checar, Sequitor, Solor and Coyo) or accommodations in the town of Toconao. DAY 3 The third day of the tour will take us to the Salar de Uyuni, where we will witness the sunrise over the vast white blanket of salt. Then, we will visit Incahuasi Island for a short hike among giant cacti and panoramic views of the salt flat. Afterwards, we will explore the Salt Museum and leave the salt flat through the town of Colchani, where we will have the opportunity to buy handicrafts. We will also stop at the train cemetery to take pictures before finishing in Uyuni.Includes
